Apllication to Lats

OK I got my package from MCAS...Thanks Press. How do you guys apply IGF to your lats? I'm thinking hold one arm straight up in the air and reach across and around to the outside of the lat with the other arm to apply... Is that right?

i've heard using a wall works, instead of your other arm.

That's pretty much what I do though I don't raise the arm up too high--don't want to have the muscle in a stretched state.

never tried my lat, the pump must be great though

Sometimes I have to stretch out just so I can get my arm around to my lat...thats how big i am..lol

On my third day of IGF and my appetite is out of control... I can literally eat non stop for hours.

Did my lats for the first time last wk w/ the IGF..wow..not the easiest to inject !!! but MAN the pump i still had going the next day was amazing!!

Wall works pretty well.

I've had diabetic patients use it and love it. They just got tired of pinning other places.

Yeah..i use a wall here as well. My lats/calves are my stubborn bodyparts but are DEF. catching up with using MCAS IGF!!
