Like i said in my other threads, i jus finished 9 weeks of test at 500mg per week and during that 9 week time i took arimidex ed 1ml a day at 10mg. and finished 60 ml bottle.

I got clomid, but do I ever need to take it since i took arimidex the whole time?

Different schools of thought.
Some say its not necessary, but it would not hurt in doing so.

Only reason I ask is that if i been taking arimidex every day my natural test production wouldn't have completely shut down. And i read that clomid causes alot of people to break out and i def dont want to break out since summer is right around the corner

i know a few guys that dont take the clomid. your body will recover faster, and you'll be keeping most of your gains that way.......TAKE THE CLOMID

yea you do breakup, but it varies greatly per person. And you're only on it like 3-4 weeks anyways. I break out a little but it goes away as fast as it arrives.

I don't break out on the aqua clo from MC store.

stuff works great. i start pitching tents in the morning for my chick

If you are older, I suggest taking the clomid.

Well im 22 years old. And i only put on like 5 pounds. I took arimidex everyday at 10mg and did cardio 3 times a week which kept all the water weight off. The biggest gains in my cycle was the decrease in body fat. I had a gut in the begining but now i got a flat stomach and the loss of fat weight def turned into muscle weight. But if i only put on like 5 pounds and since i took arimidex daily theres really not much to lose? so wouldnt the clomid just be a waste?

I do have clomid so I am going to take it?

Going to start three weeks after last shot. How much daily and how long?

I would avoid running an anti-E unless you absolutely have too, especially during PCT. If you feel gyno or something coming on, then by all means hit the anti-E

There are varying theories as to which ones enhance recover vs. actually restrict it. But its pretty universal that clomid speeds recovery.
