Hey guys, I'm new at the IGF never used before. I was wondering if I could get some cycle recommendations on how to use both the IGF and MGF together? I was planning on doing IGF PWO at 50mcg into each muscle group..but should I do this daily or just on workout days? For example, if i want to induce growth in the shoulders, should I do IGF into the delts everday? Also, need some help with MGF guidelines dosages etc.
