I just wanted to say that MCAS's IGF is amazing! I started using it about 1 1/2 weeks ago and 3 days into it I noticed great pumps, muscles feel full all day long and much improved vascularity! The last brand I used from P*** P******s (I don't know if I should name the actual company so I'll be safe and not type the name) wasn't half as good as MCAS's. I never really noticed any pumps with it and at times had severe stomach bloating! I'm not new to IGF so I definitely know when it is working! I tried a different brand because it was slightly cheaper. That was a mistake and a waste of money! Anyway, I plan on using this one for 3 months straight ( which I've never tried before. Longest time for me was 1 month) to see what results I can achieve. I want to get as shredded and vascular as I can in these 3 months.

No kidding on the legal comment. You can go spend 500 bucks a month on supps and they wont achieve a third of what igf for a few weeks will.

I am dosing 40mcgs in the morning and 40 after a workout. Mostly I pin my arms because I feel that they are lagging behind the rest of me. I also pin legs and shoulders.

Well, I didn't recieve the 3rd bottle IGF in time to keep it going consistently but I really don't think that would have hurt my cycle at all. Then at the end of May I stopped lifting, working out and taking ALL supplements because my knee was constantly killing me (Injury that occured in October 08) and I was sick with what we call the Kandahar Crud (I am currently in Afghanistan). I was depressed and just sick and tired of working out. I was always drained of energy. I finally started working out again end of July. Needless to say I didn't stick with my IGF plan so I don't know how it would have gone. I was seeing very good results I was just always so sick I couldn't continually work out the way I should have.
I hope to start my original IGF plan again soon because now I feel MUCH better!

Well, I was at a club and this drunk and beligerent guy was jumping and bumping everyone around him. He shoved the girl I was dancing with and nearly threw her to the floor. I politely told him to stop what he was doing because he nearly pushed a girl down. He started jumping up and down and said, "you want to fight! Come on lets go, lets go!" He was about to swing at me and before he did, I quickly put him in a head lock and threw him around my hip. As my whole body turned my foot stayed in place and tore my quad muscle and sartorious muscle. I also did something to my knee. Nothing was seen in the MRI but my knee has not been the same since that incident. I've hurt it a couple of times since then doing leg presses and squats. It's almost always sore now too. This is very frustrating because although I hate training legs, I always want to train them with maximum intensity and semi-heavy weight but I can't do this anymore it seems. Even light weight and high reps makes my knee hurt alot. Even after this 2 month lay off, it's sore and painfull. Oh well, something fantastic and wonderful I have to deal with!
