I got wrecked last night..... man i gotta stop. 2 months of no gym, drinking 5 days a week, and fast food.... wtf is my life coming to,lol
yeah its weird, i still do have some abs. My arm tendonitis has had me out of the gym for 2 months, so booze, fast food, sleeping, and depression have set in,lol..... im getting an MRI this week though, and im gettin on some IGF, ghrp-6, and cjc-1295..... hoping that they will help me heal faster??Who knows, but as far as the other 2 days, i use recreational drugs ( tamazepam, xanax, vicodin, tramadol, valium, etc.), lolDam, that sounds like a sure fire "Bulk Up Course". (better to use this diet
in the winter time rather then the summer - lol) Hey, you still got those
abs??? Also, what the hell - why only 5 days a week - what about the
other 2 ??????
good for you man, i quit drinking when i decided to compete. Dnt get me wrong a love a good beer here and there, but when you stop you feel a MILLION times better
i have it beat into my head that drinking is gonna fxck my physquie up..... yet a few cookies are ok hehehe
Sober for 18 months. I wish I did this 25 years ago. Better late than never.
