Toe Elevation on Deadlifts

Ok , so doing stiff legged deadlifts , who is the best way you know of to activate your hamstrings the most?

Or do you guys do it at all?

I found an article , talking about elevating your toes , and flexing your toes upward while your foots lifted , like stand foot halfway on and halfway off of a 25lb plate while deadlifting that is directly under the bar , This way when you flex your toes upward it puts a tighter stretch on your hamstring since your calve and hamstring muscles are pretty much connected.

Wondering if you guys have ever tried it , do you feel the results , like it , know of any better ways.
