Day 1 of week 2 w/ IGF-1 @ 40 mcg per day.

So far so good, but I hope it helps w/ my jacked-up shoulder.

Sop far, about 1% fat loss and looks like recomp.

5' 10" 265'ish. About 20-22% bf.

39 y/o....football background (Linebacker)

I look great at 245, but not at 265. I'm hoping the IGF continues to lean me out.

I do a 3 day split. Cardio LISS 40 minutes about 5 days per week.

My diet is also pretty good....I watch my carbs, no junk, no soda, etc.

Did an H-Drol cycle a few months ago and really got off on a good start to recomp, but ended up w/ my nutz in my throat.

I bench around 300, 225 for 20+ reps, prior to left shoulder injury.

My arms are getting defined, but still have fat on upper hammies and gut. This fat must leave immediately.

On a side note....what's up w/ DHEA? As a 22 y/o I did a cycle of sten and looked competition ready. I'm thinkin maybe DHEA could help me w/ the fat loss, too.

I appreciate the forum, the human capitol of knowledge, and the interest in my run....

The most amazing thing about this is how it positively impact my metabolism. I've eaten dirtier during the past few weeks than I have in a while, but I still just burn right through it.

I just up my cardio a bit and I'm gtg.

My shoulder is feeling better, but I have incorporated a high rep, lower weight protocall and I've avoided the straight bar for bench.

My injury forced me to use cables for chest and I actually like to use them now. Ha!

My next goal is to drop about 8-10 more lbs and begin trail running

Tryin 2 run it every day.

I've found that I can pin every day, keep workin out, and not be so perfect on my diet.

Itsabitch keepin IGF at cold temp w/out it being found, though.

That's why it's easier for me to just pin at work, cuz I got a college fridge in my office and can hide it. Bringin it home is risky.

Sigh.....gotta get a fridge in my trunk somehow......

I bought a fridge that looks like a tool cabinet. my wife will never look in there, she would NEVER pick up a tool god forbid- might break a nail or break a sweat. Shhht... i should just put my IGF in the kitchen... cause she never cooks either. bitch, i hate her!!

I will be starting a halo clone cycle in about 3 weeks.

Can't wait to see my upper body explode.

On a side note, saw a product (GH type) on another site that is supposed to replenish skin? I think it's called EGF. Any good?
 
at 265, do you guys think he should bump it to 60mgs ?

i was 210 and felt that was the magic number !
 
I experiemented during this run.

In 1 vial, one tic was 10 mcg, in my next vial, one tic was 20 mcg. Some days I pin 40-50 mcg, some days I pin 80-100 mcg. I wanted to see if I could feel the difference.

When I pinned a higher dose, I was hungrier and sleepier throughout the day.

I'll be more precise in the future. I might add in other types, as well.....ie GHRP, CJC, etc.

Also, lookin forward to dat dere immense growth factor stuff.
 
your question should be posted in a separate thread. IGF and HGH are two different things.

But 3ius wont shut you down. Id take it in the morning, since your normal production is the lowest then.
