I'm 16 years old I play football and run track
Ive been working out for the past 2 years
ive been very strict with my workouts
ive tried to be on a weight gain diet and nothing works
i haven't used any supplements until now i
want to ask someone for a good diet
and any supplements i should take
i weigh 130 lbs im 5'5"
my dream weight is 150

How about some more information- when you say you have been on a weight gain diet- can you explain what that is?
I will be honest - at your age, food is your best supplement. I would really stay away from other supps- you are still growing and you have testosterone cursing through your veins right now that no other supps are needed. I really think its probably diet related. Can you please give us some more detail.
 
well my weight gain regiment was a 3200 calorie diet
i was taking over 50 grams of protein
i made sure i slept for over 9 hours everyday i didnt gain one pound in 5 months
 
OK-- could you lay out what 3200 calories looks like?
What foods?
How often did you eat?
How much water did you drink a day?
Were you taking a multivitamin?
Need some more info if you want guys and gals to give you advice.
 
i was wondering that as well winn..
nelZ like i said find out about how many cals your body needs to maintain on a tough day working out for your sports etc. Exceed that by at least 20% and you will put on weight its inevitable.
 
:) I get enough of that at work my boss thinks my creatine makes me too agressive lmao,l but yeah that cal helped me out a ton thought I would share.
