which poses

For the coming before and after/progression pics , Im guessing I will do front double bicep , rear double bicep , front lat , rear lat and abs

excluding lower body from pics , even though I will be training lower body. my lower body has more hair than lower body and since im not shaving at all , figure be best to stick to just showing upper since you will mainly only see size no definition.

you can fill in the blank on the legs from what you see from the upperbody.

But so those 5 shots are what im going to do im guessing because they pretty much show all. what do you guys think. Im trying to have only a few poses save on time. also keeping it simple. I know I dont really have anything for chest. but it'll be fine also dont for triceps. but I want the posing to also show full symmetry I dont want to have to take 2 of the same pics just each side in order to show the triceps , and dont want just one side poses.

any pointers , tips you can give me on the poses before I get to work on the photos. I will look around try to find videos and demonstration , ive never posed before so I think lat spread might be kinda weird to get down but idk. guess practice till I actually get how the pose is suppose to be.
