Conversion math?

If I have 20g of powder and I'm using 2ml BA, 20ml BB and 50ml oil. How would I figure how much mg/ml I would have at the end. If say the recipe called for 60ml of oil to make 200mg/ml at 100ml, would lowering the oil amount of oil to 50ml increase the mg/ml? Am I thinking right?
