Breakfast!!

So what do you guys eat for a healthy breakfast? Eggwhites are good , but theres only so much I can eat. Whats some more healthy meals you guys eat for breakfast.


Lunch I usually do cold cuts or chicken. Any other ideas?


Dinner Is whatevers been served lol

i getting tired of them, but nothing is better than whole eggs in the morning !!

cold cuts are loaded with sodium, stay away. Try just grilling yourself a few pounds of chicken with seasonings
 
2 big pancakes with sugar free syrup
4 eggs scrambled with 1/3 cup shredded cheese
1 piece wheat toast
3 pieces turkey bacon

78 carbs
33 fat
50 protein
835 calories

Gets me going and nice energy for my training about an hour or so later :)
 
eggs and oats... simple and boring, but I don't mind. I look forward to breakfast everyday.

If I'm not feeling too lazy on weekends, I'll make protein pancakes sometimes... but that's usually as adventurous as I get, lol.
 
Whole eggs (8)
8 Slices bacon
4 Cups whole milk with nestles quick
4 Slices toasted bread

Wait 30 minutes and have a muscle milk shake and digestive aids,Vitamins, probiotics etc.
