I started working out pictures , etc , for transformation.

But since I dont have my weights and all yet. I could make it but I dont want to put it out on the porch where it is just concrete structure holding in TONS of sand..

Its got holes etc all over it. I want to have it on a concrete slab due to twisting , curving of the equipment dont want anything breaking. or under more stress than it needs to be.

But.. So since im worried right now of having the equipment on concrete like 50-60 feet away from my house towards the road where the shed used to be before it failed under snow conditions.

But I dont trust people around here not to mess with my stuff , or steal it , etc.

So for now , I think im going to do static training... Full body workout with compound exercises , the rest will be whenever Im not sore do the workout , anytime any part of me is sore I will delay the workout.

3 sets of each exercise 30 seconds maximum push. on the lowest point , mid point , and high point of each exercise.

1400lb towing straps I have 2 of them.

Its sort of my only real resistance option I have to train with right now.

I can for pushing either hook the straps to the barbell and do the movements , to where I dont have to worry about being trapped under weight because once tension is gone its just 45lbs.

Or I can use the handles , and push just the handles.

for pushing I can do - dumbell static , barbell static , pushup static..
overheads I can do dumbell , barbells.
deadlifts , dumbells , barbells.
rows , dumbells barbells.

etc... Almost ever movement I can think of way to do with statics , FOR NOW...

where I have my chinup pullup area though , Im having trouble figuring out exactly how to do them. The only way to make a static position either at top , bottom and middle of movement is having a base that doesnt move. So it cant be hooked to myself anything like that safely.

and there is no way to really hook at the bottom.
