Alright, I am in the process of working up to 15 iu's of hgh a day...half in morning and half 1 hour prior to training...

Going to take 50mcg of IGF-lr3 pwo..maybe more..will start at 50 and see how I feel...

my question is how would you guys eat..I am looking for mass..so its insulin like so I am assuming...a lot of fruit with peanut butter/75g protein shake immeditaly, then one hour later high protein/high complex carb meal... ? any other advice..

I'm with giantkilr on the fats and carbs together, but we're just being anal/ocd/paranoid. However, I'm not big on "a lot of fruit," as you put it. Fructose can only be used to replenish liver glycogen and can't or won't be used anywhere else. Excess fructose will spill over. Assuming your liver is completely depleted of glycogen, the average liver can hold 100-120g; the anything more would be excess. I believe in replenishing liver glycogen first, just not overdoing it. Good luck man!

Watch the sides on the hgh. How is water retention with that? Im a guy who gets hypo if I don't take in a ton of carbs with igf so sounds good with the fruit just don't over do it. Fruit is good in moderation but like tdub said i only does so much good. Good luck with the igf.

fruit is good for you bro...it is natural sugar that your body can process easily...it is especially good for you after cardio or PWO...

i am on contest diet & have added strawberries & bananas to my PWO shakes up until 2wks out...

Yeah, I agree it's good for you. Just making sure he wasn't over doing it when he said, "a lot of fruit." Topping off the liver with glycogen let's it know to start the anabolic process. Too much just spills over. The liver starts to process the fructose, turning them into triglycerides and releases them into the blood stream. Oh, and bananas and strawberries are the same fruits I use as well.

Where do you find information like this? I love learning things like you posted but there aren't many threads about them and I don't know if I should be looking for books or what?

I just search for shit I find interesting on google. I listen to a lot of radio shows (heavy muscle radio, muscle girls inc., pro bodybuilding weekly, off topic, and super human radio) and whenever I hear something interesting, I just dig deeper. For instance, Dr. Scott Connelly mentioned T2 (3,5 Diiodo-L-Thyronine) and it's effectiveness in certain fat burning supplements. Apparently it's derived from bovine thyroid and is actually used in many of the new fat burners like Lipo 6 Black and Gaspari's Mitotropin. S.A.N. has a product called Thyro-Cuts II selling at bodybuilding.com even though it's expired. It's straight T2. Google the chemical name, 3,5 Diiodo-L-Thyronine, and there are many studies done to give you references.

Are those radio shows available in Podcasts or anything? Are they on internet radio? Sounds like something I would like to listen to, how would I find them?

Thanks for the help bro.

EXCELLENT POINT !!!

Not to push my sponsored products but this would be a good post workout recovery drink..It's Optimum Nutrion Recovery 2-1-1 its 70 grams of Vartigo and 35 grams of whey isolate per serving...I think it would work good with what your trying to do....

As for the 15iu's of HGH - Man, I dont know if I could handle the sides, Im doing 4iu's a day, sometimes 5 iu's and my hands fall asleep and are sore when I do anything with them...Plus, I hold more water weight with the GH...so be careful and make sure to watch yourself

Be safe
