"Getting ready to start training again"

Looking for a good deit that i will not get bored of, and i will be back in the gym for the first time in a couple of years but i am ready to do it. I am looking for anyone who can give me a good deit that i can stick to and maintain so anyone with good advise feel free, my current weight is 260 at 6'0 i know i have to drop alot of weight.But i am willing for some good advise on a good deit plan. Thanx to anyone who can help me get started back up.
 
Well right now my weight is around 260lbs. at 6'0 tall but like i said alot of it i gained in the past couple of years without working out its mostly gone to my waist and i know its going to be a battle to get it off,i have been eating so much fast food it makes me sick.I just want a good deit i can stick to and not be bored and yes i will be starting a cycle of a few things: e.q., sus.,winnie.,deca.,and some clo. but most of all i know without a good deit and sticking to it i will be just defeating the purpose. So basically i am asking for help on a deit that will get me to shed some pounds and put my muscle back on,i would apreciate anyone's help. Thank You very much.
 
try a diet with carb cycleing in it, high, low, no carb thing. I found a good cycle the other day on the web. will look again and post it for you.
