I was a 1-2 pack a day smoker for about the last 4 years!!! I dont really know how i quit, i just decided that 7 bucks a pack would be better spent on other things. Anyways it was quite embaressing walking up to the gym with a lit smoke, and taking a smoke break in the middle of my cardio. I feel 10X better, im not getting winded doing squats anymore, fingers arent yellow anymore, and im not so tired...I still enjoy smoking my pipe with my dad though every now and then!!! Saved like 250 bucks last month!

thats great. Yeah I have quit drinking and going out myself. I feel so much better now and the money you save is crazy, once you add it all up.

Yes sir! The bar i worked at went smokeless, so this really helped me quit...Its just so boring being around people who smoke and not smoking yourself!!! Yeah, the money is also a huge bonus,,,gonna get my right arm sleeve finished this month hopefully!

Thats great. Ive been seeing people smoking those new atomizers that turn nicotine into a vapor. I think the one I saw was called envy smoke atomizer......I was checkin it out while the dude at work was smokin it.......he can smoke it anywhere since it only gives off a oderless vapor and he charges it on his PC ia a USB port. Technology sure is hitting all markets.

Quitting smoking is a huge acomplishment. I did it myself and you truely do feel better. More energy and vitality is the first thing to hit. Congrats. Chicago smokes are $10 in tennessee they went up to $4.25. It's amazing how governments are banking on addictions.

yeah, im really happy with it, i still have a chew at work from time to time, but spending 2.50 every other week vs 12 bucks a day is nothing. I have heard about those new cigarette things, but im still in the stone age of technology, i dont even text message lol.

I need to quit, been smoking for 16 years now:curse:

what is it, if you can go 72 hours without nicotine then physically you have it beat and it's all mental after that?

The mental part (adiction) was killer for me. I was so used to lighting up and turning the ignition on the car. If you can replace that habbit with a healthier one that helps. I tried the gum and it worked but I chewed the hell out of it.lol
