what made you pick that one. I been thinking about a hand gun but am
not too educated on them. I was looking for a shotgun and ended up
getting two. lol

Well, i guess i liked the feel of it in my hand. Did some research and it seems like everyone has their favorite gun. I wanted a berreta, but couldnt find a compact i liked. I think its kind of like buying your first car, you kinda fall in love with the first thing that catches your eye.

Im gonna buy me one soon. My state passed a law recently that you can shoot to kill if someone is on your property trying to steal from you and your family is in danger... Alot of robbers have been shot and killed recently which is not a bad thing....The law is called the Castle Doctrine which I think our state is the first state to pass the law

A Castle Doctrine (also known as a Castle Law or a Defense of Habitation Law) is an American legal concept arising from English Common Law[1] that designates one's place of residence (or, in some states, any place legally occupied, such as one's car or place of work) as a place in which one enjoys protection from illegal trespassing and violent attack. It then goes on to give a person the legal right to use deadly force to defend that place (his/her "castle"), and/or any other innocent persons legally inside it, from violent attack or an intrusion which may lead to violent attack. In a legal context, therefore, use of deadly force which actually results in death may be defended as justifiable homicide under the Castle Doctrine.

What the fuck do u mean "Its not a bad thing" I hope your just over exaggerating bro, and that you wouldnt actualy KILL someone for stealing from you. I believe in the right to own a gun, and i also believe if i encontered a thief in my home I would definatly get my gun, and definatly point it at them, and if they ran away then they ran away , and if I had to shoot them i sure as shit wouldnt shoot to fucking kill, i would mame them in the legs or some shit but not kill, killing aint cool!

and I know all about the "castle law" I saw the video where the old man seen his neighbors being robbed, and called the cops, the cops repeatedly told him not to get a gun and not to go outside, this old fucker took it upon himself to go get a shotgun and run outside as the robbers were leaving his neighbors house, and they had to cross his(the old man) property line to run away, so he fucking shot them in the BACK as they ran away and they died. Thats so fucking uncool i cant even rap my head around it!

Your right bro, killing is not a good thing, but if someone feels like they can come into my home and steal my possesions that i worked hard for im gonna light them up. Besides my 83 year old grandfather lives with me, and im not gonna take any chances! Also, if you wound a person he more then likely will sue your ass!!!

beats doing life in prison, lol, and i feel ya on working hard for everything you have bro, truth is none of know what we would do until the time came probably, for all i know I might get so angry for feeling violated I might put two rounds in his head execution style, lol,

If your scared about doing time, you could always go out and buy a .38 special w/out the seriel number and once you take out "insane/pedophile/thief/murderer" put the piece in his hand. And on a side note, i thought handguns were illegal in Great Britain, so im asuming you could booby trap you "castle" there, but not shoot. Or maybe im thinking that the police dont carry firearms, not sure though never been to the UK.

its not that simple. u should aim for 'center body mass', or chest. this aint the movies. most men cant be put down with one shot, unless u get lucky with a head shot, or a spinal shot. under stress, u shoot until he stops. that could be an entire mag. this is your family your protecting. take no chances. i know u would kill anyone to protect your family, even if dont know yet. its instinct.

Well, I like both approaches.......when a beating doesnt work or your too tired to beat......Shoot....Always shoot to inflict pain. Like the legs, arms, etc.

But if the crime commited against you is worth a lethal shot to the temple then by all means. Like those child touching perverts. They all deserve 1shot 1kill.

Damn cops just took my guns. Gotta go buy more.

2 ways to look at this, if someone steals from me, I would just call the police and that's it...file an insurance claim

someone breaks into my home and threatens me and my girlfriend-I'm shooting to kill-
rather be judged by 12 of my piers than carried out in a coffin by 6 of them

and who the hell knows what they will do to my girlfriend after I'm dead or laying there bleeding to death

My city has one of the worst crime rates in the US. Ive had my car broken into 3 times. The first time they stole my $4000 worth of stereo equipment, busted out 2 windows which cost me $1300 to get it fixed. I work hard for my money and am not gonna let some thug get away with it. Plus alot of convenient stores get robbed around here, now all the stores are packin heat, it makes them think twice about robbing a store. Im sorry I have no remorse for killing any thug that would kill me in a heartbeat.

Robbery suspect shot in Jackson
Homeowner not charged, but grand jury will get case

Police do not expect to charge a Jackson homeowner who shot and wounded a man he found breaking into his car early Sunday morning.

The name of the homeowner was not released.

About 5 a.m., a homeowner in the 200 block of East Ash St. saw two men breaking into his Chrysler Sebring parked in front of the house, Jackson Assistant Chief Lee Vance said.

The homeowner got a gun and shot one of the suspected burglars, Vance said.

Michael Evans, 26, was shot in a thigh while still inside the Sebring, he said.

The second suspect, who has not been identified, was able to get away. Police are searching for the other man.

Evans was taken to a hospital and treated for injuries that were not life-threaten-ing, Vance said.

Once Evans is released, Vance said, he will be charged in the burglary. He did not appear on the Jackson arrest docket Sunday night.

Jackson police will turn the findings from the investigation over to a Hinds County grand jury, which will determine whether the homeowner will be charged.

Vance would not say whether the case falls under the Castle Doctrine but said "the homeowner has a right to protect his property."

A number of people in Jackson have been shot or killed since the Castle Doctrine went into effect three years ago.

The Mississippi law allows property owners to use deadly force when they believe they are in imminent danger.

On Sunday afternoon, the Sebring was still parked in front of the home with the passenger window down. No one answered the door.

Greg Porter, an East Ash Street resident, said he would have done the same thing.

"You ain't got no business breaking into somebody else's car. If you do, you're looking for trouble," Porter said Sunday evening.

You cant let someone who's gonna make the choice of robbing a hardworking citizen decide whether or not to let you go free or to kill you in a situation like that. If you do you might as well just lay down on the ground while you give away all your freedoms. Hows it any different if some other country invaded and said we are gonna take your shit at gun point.. its not fuck those turds.
