HGH/IGF cycle together ???

Anyone got any good results of running these two together in a cycle ? I mean im sure some people have, but how did you cycle them together..what times did you take the IGF and HGH ? Ideas ???
 
When I did it, I did the GH in the morning and about noon, IGF PreWO, and insulin postWO, with 25 mcg of T3. It worked well once it all started moving, but I'm pretty sure the IGF was bunk. I've been on MC's IGF for a bit over 20 days and I'm making crazy gains. Last time I didn't notice too much until 45 days in. If you have real IGF I think it would be nuts. I only had enough GH for 4 months though.
 
I did HGH and IGF together for a little bit. HGH was 5iu/day in the morning and IGF was 100-150mcg/day pre-workout for as long as I had some. Had fantastic results from running them both together, and I only wished I had IGF to run continually along with the HGH.

I have currently been on 10iu's hgh ed for 2 months and starting MC's igf on monday....but also starting anabolics so it will be hard to tell you how good the igf is due to everything else....but I don't have a past experience I can share, sorry bro...
 
My Cuz is running 6 i.u. HGH daily. Taking in the morning since natural GH is secreted at night. He also takes IGF 40-50mcg twice daily. AM-PM shots.

The results are wicked. He is on a 1000+ base calorie diet. He is 6-7 months in. 22 lb's lean weight increase from 250 to 272. His first time using either and gains come steady 3 pounds a month average. Very lean impressive gains. He ordered the IGF from MC and Uses Bluetops HGH.

He does train like a beast and makes sure he ingest at least 30 grams GLA/CLA 50/50 ratio which are structured lipids and he really credits with making continuos strength gains and fat loss on a surplus caloric diet. He says he really feels tighter and vascular since incorporating this fat supplementation which isnt cheap.

What AAS is he using (if you may tell) at what doses...So the GH is only taken once a day and IGF is taken twice a day ? What times on the IGF ?

He is just taking GH , slin and IGF---No AAS. He takes 6 i.u. GH along with 40-50 mcg IGF first thing in the morning. He rationalizes since the body naturally secretes GH at bed time that would be taking advantage of putting GH in the body when it has the least naturally which is generally between waking up and 3pm.

He then takes 40-50 mcg IGF in the PM. He's in his 7th month.

The first 4 months he did also add slin. Humalog

Monday-wednesday- Friday he takes 10 i.u. of Slin Post workout with 100 grams carb and 50 grams protien ZERO FAT. He gets really wicked pumps.

This is his first ever cycle with either IGF/HGH/SLIN.

I talked him into this because he was complaining about being stuck for about a year so I figured he needed something new.

He takes roughly 30 grams of structured lipids Mainly GLA/CLA at bed time. He swears it helps keep the lean gains coming. I put this in his diet because I got good results from 10-20 grams daily.

He stopped the slin after 4 months cause he ran out.....He'll get some more soon because he wants to do this cycle for an entire year since he stocked up on everything but the slin.

His diet is super clean. High in protien (500 grams daily) maybe even overkill.

Although he is not training for a contest he really is an accidental beast just by trying stuff he was a virgin too. The gains are about 3lb's a month.....nothing huge but he was really stuck and broke a year long plateau. If he continues at 3 lb's a month.....thats around 30+ pounds for the year.

He has earned it. Never cheats. Real food is his base diet. He sleeps plenty and doesnt hang out or party. He just works and lifts and sleeps. He wanted to make this his year because he's been through alot and wanted one selfish year.

I think he's in that special 1% group of people that lives the life 100% without compromise and he never lacks motivation.

Actually I spend more than him. He really kills every workout and lives the life 100%. Most people wont make the sacrifice he makes.

No friends
No honeys ( divorced so he dedicated a year to himself)
No complaints

Just workout, work and sleep.
 
Of the pro's I know probably half do nothing but GH, IGF, and Insulin with a little T3 in the offseason. They add in AAS just for contests. These are also the bigger ones that don't have the propensity for distended bellies. The others use large doses of AAS all the time
 
It really varies. My guy won state using 5 grams of gear per week but 5 years ago another guy who won the same state did it on gh/slin and small doses of prop and winny. I have learned that there really isnt a set formula especially for guys who compete which is why those guys have the experience to know there bodies and what they require.

I think this is why when a bodybuilder reaches mid 30's in age he is most likely to achieve his goals. By mid thirties a bodybuilder knows his body, what works and what doesnt........From that point they can bring in a 3rd party like myself with fresh eyes to add, tweak and help add the winning touches.
