Mine is usually at 72 or so depends on how heavy i get or how lean i am etc. average is probably around 74 for me. 90 definitely seems a bit high. Are you antsy for something or on clen or eca or some caffeine?
Ha ha i hear ya bro. Whats your weight? Your heart will raise a bit in bpm as you gain weight just because it takes more beats to get the same amount through all the new tissues etc. Im an advocate now of always doing a bit of cardio though. I dont smoke so i dont know if that makes it any higher.
jt- i figured because of higher bp the pulse would be up hight too???
mine is around 72 when off gear and no stimulants. I hear that if you get into the 60's your very healthy. In the last 7 years my cardio is only done 6 months out of the year. But id like to change that to a solid 3 days a week year round.
when is the best time to check your heart rate and BP-1ST thing in the morning?
I went out and bought one of those wrist BP monitors and I'm getting some wacked out readings. One minute the fucker is saying 139/95 with hr being 100bpm then next it's saying 174/110 with hr at 115bpm
well here it is 12 hours after the ECA stack and my BP has stabalized, just checked it a few times and it averages at 125/85 but the heart rate is still high at 85 bpm...don't know?
Start doing more cardio and try to kick the smoking man that will help alot im sure. I have a wrist bp monitor i bought from walmart and it works really well. I compare it with my gpa's sometimes he has to take his for his heart so i have him do mine and its usually within 2 or 3 points both ways. Hasnt been over 5 off since i started testing it.
