Ten Things I learned Today (actually yesterday)

the ten things I learned today in no particular order:

1. after 4 months off rack dead hurt like a mf'er
2. i gained too much weight in the gut....it hurt to wear my belt (valeo) when doing bent rows
3. shinedown sucks and needs to be removed from my MP3 player immediately
4. i really really hate trainers and that fucking blue exercise ball......
5. you can never tell how people are going to act when given a priveledge
6. chics can smell when you are on test......or every female i meet is horny for me
7. fucking hostile by pantera is the best lifting song ever hands down
8. pta soccer mom's don't know how to fucking drive
9. after 4 months out of the gym i'm still stronger than 90% of the world
10. i am that damn good!
 
What an excellent time of meditation you must have had. LOL. After second chance shinedown should be removed from your mp3 player. Soccer moms can't drive and don't use the blinker when turning on the cell phone and I want to kill some of them. Most trainers are idiots. As for how good you are we haven't met but I will take your word on it.
