Few Questions

Hey guys ,
I have a few questions i was hoping someone could help me with.
I am 19 years old and have been working out on and off for about 3 years and consistently for the past 9 months. I assume my growth plates have not fused yet so it would be a bad idea to take hgh. But does igf-1 also have an effect on growth plates or just the muscle cells? Also i am wanting to go on some type of cycle for the first time and have been reading and trying to figure out what would work best and be the safest at this age. Would you guys recommend an AAS cycle or igf?
 
well really IGF and HGH has an overall effect on the entire body, not just the muscles

as for the AAS you don't need those right now, your natural HGH and test is probably through the roof

usually the body doesn't stop growing until around the age of 23 or so

just concentrate on eating big and lifting big

Well if ur going to do one or the other i would say go with igf over juice bro, u have plenty of natural testosterone flowing bro so i would say if u are definatly going to use one or the other then the igf is the best one for you at this point in ur life
 
i say eat big train big and give it a couple more years then get into the supplement range of things. Get your protein and carbs in and you will grow like a weed. Like said your natural hormone levels are high as hell right now use that to your benifit.
 
I agree with the comments that you don't need anything yet.

However, when you are ready I would start with IGF. It is less complicated and is a good way to get your feet wet IMHO. No PCT needed and it will get you used to pinning yourself, measuring everything out, planning a cycle, etc. That way when you get ready for a real cycle, you will have less new things to worry about. I started with IGF and will be running my first real cycle very soon. I think it was a good path to take.

stay away from the aas for now bro

igf is def a good start...

get that diet right, READ READ READ, and ask questions
 
Yep go natty or use igf. You don't need test but igf will give you some ehanced gains I think. I have had some site enhancement from it myself.
