Competition and igf

You guys that compete, how far out do you drop the igf? I know some people say they get some distension in the abs so Im just curious.
 
2-3 weeks out is what seems to be the general concensus on this
 
I was on until 1 week out for my last show. I have a problem with peaking too fast so it seems to help with that. Then again it wasn't MC IGF so who knows if it was doing anything. I was still eating cheat meals up until 7 days before the show.
 
Thats cool. I was just asking so others might now what some of you competive guys do in case they run igf before a show.
 
ive only tried it one time for precontest... but ran it too long

next time around i plan it alittle closer to contest time
