this one is about my computer...

i have my computer split up into two hard drives. c and f. the c is the operating system and the f is the data. the problem is the c drive is about 1.95 gb and there is less than 93 mb free. the f drive is 26 gb and there is about 22.70 gb free. is there a way i can take some of that free space and transfer it to my c drive. should i even bother to mess with this or just take it to a profesional?
