Newest Log... test, IGF alternated with M1T

I just got cleared from the whole bicep thing. It took a month for the surgeon to get the MRI done and look at them and by that time either it healed or it was never hurt. So after about a month of no training and dropping the test to 200mg a week. My last IGF cycle with DC training got me from 218 to 234 with the same or less bodyfat. Then I got hurt. Weight only dropped to 232. So I started today. 1 gram of test and 50 mcg of IGF for 3-4 weeks, then I'll stop the IGF and do M1T for 3 weeks. My ultimate goal is to get to a lean 245lbs at 5'9. I originally thought this would never happen, but MC IGF has me excited. Trained today and had no strength loss at all, in fact I felt a little stronger. We will see since these are new exercises. More to come.
 
Glad your bicep is feelin better bro....I'm tuned into this log interested to see how igf intereacts with high dose test in a cycle....

hey bro when are u taking the igf pre or post workout? and are applying all 50mcgs at once or splitting it up 25/25mcgs?

Also what type of test are you doing?

I'm doing Cypionate. I'm doing 50mcg bilaterally 30 min. Preworkout. I'm going to see how it goes at this dose and I may up it, but only if necessary. I made outrageous gains at this dose last time.
 
Ya, officially started back on 9/28. I don't know how often I'll see you guys there. I go to bed when you guys usually go.
 
Its always day 3 that I really "feel" the IGF. I'm strong, my joints and tendons feel great and I start getting outstanding pumps! Back up to 234. I absolutely love this stuff! I'm going to see what my weight does in the next couple of weeks and maybe go to 60mcg although I doubt I'll need it. I love the way it makes the muscles really seperate and take on a more mature appearance.
 
I always say I love IGF, and I just can't say it enough. I'd be on it year round if I could.

I won't stay on for fear of wasting it, plus I love the HIT with high doses of test and IGF with DC training then the cruise phase where I really lighten up and go out and party more and enjoy the fruits of the training, then I'm excited to get back in and really train when it's time.
 
Going for the official weigh in tomorrow, but I kept a few exercises from my last DC cycle as I never stopped progressing on them and I have gone through everyone again and I'm up 10lbs and a rep or two on every single one!! I feel great and thick. Hoping for 236 tomorrow. Its crazy that after all that happened my training didn't skip a beat!!
 
Well I was only 234 again today, I guess I'm expecting lightning to strike twice in the same spot. Its only been 8 days and todays exercises were ones that I haven't done in a substantial period of time so strength was hard to gauge. I'm eating constantly and getting tons of sleep. I'm wondering if I should give it more time or if I should raise the dose of IGF or add in the M1T now or what. Its only day 8, but last time by day 21 I had gained 14lbs. So far nothing. Any ideas? I have 50ml of 100mg/ml prop that I could add, but I'm looking for IGF-like gains, not temporary steroid gains.
 
I talked to CH3NO2 and he pointed out that I dropped my test dose to 200mg a week while I was off for the injury and just raised it back up on the 28th so since I use a long acting ester, I'm sure I'm still not at the same level as I was, so I feel a bit better. I'll continue with this and update periodically.
 
^^ i was about to say give it anotehr week or so since its a long ester it will take a bit for the levels to get back up there. Cant wait fore some more updates though. Love logs.
 
Good log and keep it up. Sorry to hear about the injury but good to hear you are at it again. The igf gives some great pumps on those bis in my opinion.

You'll get back into the swing of things. I think you may have found that happy medium with the 1g and the 50mcg's of IGF the last before the shoulder injury.
 
Dude, give me a call this evening, if you get the chance. I want to get your opinion on some stuff, since you know me and how I am. CH3NO2 has my number if you don't still have it.
 
Good log Dude...give it another week before changing up anything ....

cyp is a longer acting test, so it needs more time for it to kick in
