In my gym, literally every vertical surface is completely covered by mirrors, so It's hard not see people looking at you. I do, however, try very hard to block the stares out of my mind, as I am not there for their viewing pleasure.  Not being very vain or egotistical, I sometimes find the staring quite uncomfortable.

give that constant look of aggravation, and stare back while you turn around... just stare STRAIGHT AHEAD, so that when you turn you stare through them and turn away..

just hate everyone while you're there.. and don't give a fuck what anyone thinks..

works well for me.

yea honey.. especially that alien bugged eye guy that stares at me the whole time we are there...

or the guys when i pick up the 25s and 30's for bi-curl's... and they look to see they have the same in their hand.. lol..

basically i have gotten somewhat used to it.. seeing as though i am 5'10"ish and just hit 160lbs.... not that it is amazing or anything but people are just not used to that on a female...
i do agree if they spent as much time working out as they do staring.. maybe they would make a wee bit more progress in their workouts..

I feel the same way about it ded....good, yet uncomfortable at the same time......sometimes I feel like I must have something hanging out my nose....lol.  But I am getting more used to it, and i just try to ignore it now for the most part.

Sometimes it bothers me but mostly I just shut it out. If I think about it it just pisses me off. The stare right through them trick works most of the time.

If you ever notice the people looking usually aren't bigger or in better shape than you. Serious lifters don't let thier minds drift to far from thier own workouts.
