Ok, here's a summary of those who replied to my weak-point training post about a month ago.   Ok, so now we all need to hear your updates.  Hopefully, you took your weak points seriously and did some measurements, set some goals, and got to work.  

Now, where do you stand?

geez bstrong...put some time in2 that post huh and it was all the way down here...hmmm..i will bring it up in hopes of others responding..mine..everything is goin great...changed my workouts for about a month and i am seeing some results.
 
...Just another check-in on those weak-points...

Anyone made progress?  I have been on a cutting cycle, so I haven't added any size to my arms, but I can definitely see the striations in my triceps well and have some bicep separation finally coming out, as well as some nice additional vascularity.
 
Was getting resulst with my legs.Splitting my leg training up more.Calfes twice a week.More on my hams,less training on my quads.
Unfortunatly i am out from training for awhile. ???
But i am getting back on da program as soon as i can.
 
ok time to come clean... the abs i can see and feel under some fat and the bottom of my pecs look alot better.. there's muscle all the way down now and some pretty good thickness.. now just need to drop BF from 9% down to the 5-6% range,, ordering clen and t3 next week...

but i'm really happy with the last cycle i did..good size.. now just setting around waitting on time..

My calves suck a$$. My arms have got them beat by a good half inch. Everything else is pretty proportionate.
