Protien

My old favorite was On 100% but its too high. Im going to try the true protein recession sale, gonna order tonight or tomorrow. The ultra whey blend is pretty good looking little bit of everything in it. 25 pounds for 129 bucks is hard to beat.
 
I've recently used muscle pharm's combat....it works pretty well its got different blends of protein whey and casein being the most important with egg and milk protein......It worked pretty well for me helping me to cut down during the summer and hold onto a good amount of muscle but it may be a bit pricy at about 50 bucks for a 5 lb jug.....
 
nutrabio unflavored denatured whey. The only ingredient is pure whey isolate. Fantastic product.
 
ON 100% (Rocky Road) or Dymatize Elite Whey (Chocolate PB).

I personally won't buy protein or any supps from GNC because they're so ridiculously priced. I don't know anything about AMP though so I can't comment on that specifically.

AlphaDog - You live really close to me. If anything, go to Vitamin Shoppe on Route 18 and get some BodyTech. They had a Buy One/Get One sale in September and I'm kicking myself for not making the time to get there and take advantage.
 
I only use isolates now, and muscle gauge nutrition seems to make the cheapest one. Ultimate nutrition makes some good isolates as well.
 
Ordered 25 pounds of the ultra whey blend from True protein last night. Hopefully it gets here in a few days. Im about out again.
