Carbs on IGF

Any recommendations on amount of carb to take in following 40mcg? Is it dependent on the amount you use like slin, or just do a standard carb/protein shake post workout (and Post pin).

Im 6 ft., 240, about 10%bf if that helps.

carbs/sugars do not matter with igf..like it does with slin.. I dont mess with slin cause that shit is scary
 
i like to apply my igf preworkout and then eat 3-4 packs of flavored oatmeal
 
im not sure how u'll react to 40 mcg but when i did 100mcg i consumed about 50 g carbs before my application and still went hypo in the first few weeks had to consume an extra 30 or so afterwards and then eat....i did it post workout as well....if i did it pre workout id b a drone in the gym lol

OK. thats what i thought. i didnt think it messed with you like slin, but i hear all these guy talking about goin hypo on it. just wondering what that was all about.

some go hypo and some dont i know another bro o mine did 120mcg and didnt experience much hypo symptoms so its user dependent i guess.....in either case you should consume some carbs afterwards along with a protein shake and then eat eat and eat about an hour later.....i kno for me i couldnt wait an hour igf hunger is INSANE....4 chicken breasts and a cup of rice and i felt like i hadnt eaten nething!!!!!:laugh:
 
im am going to start with 40mcg immediately post wo and then eat. Prolly go up from there, but its my first time with peptides. excited, but want to be sure i do it right to get the most out of it.

I hear lots of talk that 100mcgs can give you distended abs, is that bs or should i take caution in going that high?

U shud see some pretty GOOD results bro go and check out my log MC Igf and service....im on my last week of it and i absolutely LOVE IT!!!! I can't attest to the distended belly because i've actually lost inches but hten again it takes months for new cells to grow so i dunno but there are tons more guys who've tried 100 mcg on this board years ago and can help u out with that....i think press is currently the igf test subject lol hit him up....
 
I have been doing 50mcg in the am and 50mcg pwo and I have been low carbing it for the past three and a half weeks. I went hypo the first few days but now I do not. I think my body is getting used to the IGF a little and and the low carbs. I have not gone hypo for at least two weeks.
 
Like CH3NO2 said, I went hypo on igf/low carbs a few times, but my body got used to it pretty quickly.
 
i used to have problems with going hypo too. But i was at 100mcgs. I think timing your carbs is key. Right now im using dark matter post workouts... i think that would be perfect for the IGF user.
