to put it into perspective, i competed as a bantamweight (weighed in at 138lbs) in 1996

some new pics 11-02-09 weighing 206@5'5".....i know i'm fat now but not worried as i've been down the contest road several times before and my shows aren't until may....i start my contest diet mid december.....i started this bulker 7 weeks ago at 182lbs

looking thick bro...I think you could be middleweight or welterweight if you do things right...

you think around 165 to 170 could be your contest weight

even though you have only gone up 4-5 pound from your first pics to the new ones (offseason) your much thicker now...I compared your crap shots to each other and I see much more thickness

i was hoping 170-174 but if i'm still off i'll sacrifice size and go down to lightweight at 153-154....i'm doing either the Appleton show or the wisconsin both are npc shows in may.....i've worked for at his gym and he got me ready for my first shows in my contest pics above Quincy Roberts IFBB pro and will prob be helping me out this time too
