What the one food/beverage that is hardest to resist?

Keeping a strict diet is important, and usually I do pretty well at resisting temptation, but there are those few things that just call my name. For me, the one food that I find hardest to resist is cheese. I don't know what it is, but I just love it! All kinds, all forms. I can buy a block of sharp cheddar and eat the whole thing bite by bite. The one beverage I have trouble with is wine. Specifically red wine. We have Trader Joe's here and they sell Charles Shaw which is actually really good and only ~$3 a bottle.

I haven't really found anything to take the place of either one of those things to help me resist the cravings so I just give in to temptation once in a while.

What gives you guys the most trouble and how do you stay strong?

:)

I dont really eat that much pasta but when dieting for some reason i crave italion food every damn day of the week lol. I think its because i like it and i get so much in my portions taht i have to take the belt off and that right now is a wet dream.

Chocolate in any shape or form, weather it be Cake, brownies, Ice Cream, even a Hershey bar. Fuck I even love the Mochas from Starbucks.

I just love Chocolate. And the only thing I like better than Chocolate is when Chocolate is mixed with Peanut Butter. Like a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard from Dairy Queen. I would punch my mother in the mouth for one of those right about now.

Bro, you should try the Reese's Klondike bars. They are amazing! ;)

Have you tried miracle noodles?? Awesome substitute for pasta when you're dieting! And I'm 100% italian so I know what it's like to be craving that stuff hardcore. Raviolis are my weakness, even though I only have them once or twice a year now!

you know, when my head is screwed on strait.... nothing.

But its when your not thinking and grab a handful of mm's cause its just natural behavior.

the wife left them out cause its in the Halloween dish....

I actually had my hand in there today, and had to stop myself.... it was really like a phantom hand... fucking weird.

My mouth is watering thinking about "bad for me" foods! I could pretty much fall off the wagon with any kind of food that isn't on the diet. I like all foods cuz I'm a fat kid at heart :D I had one last cheat meal before I left my mom's in vegas, back in Sept., knowing I'll be back to hittin it hard and keeping my diet in check. I set a new PR with 3 boxes of Mac n' Cheese, and a whole package of Hot Dogs in one sitting!

Buffalo chicken pizza. Can't stay away from that shit. As far as drink goes, I don't drink soda. Vitamin water I guess, if you consider that cheating.

Ive thought about buying some, ive used some noodles from my asian market around here that are 2 g's of carbs and just like the miracles pretty much. They are definitely filling its just not the same haha. I might have to do that though grab some marinara from waldenfarms and have some spaghetti.

oreo's!! I can kill a pack in a sitting easy. I would say about 20 min. and I could eat the whole pack. My dog loves em too. lol

Chocolate for sure!! Like CH3NO2 said, pretty much anything chocolate. But one of my favs is a chocolate blizzard with oreos in it, and I usually get extra oreos. Dammit, I can't wait to be done with this diet, and get back to bulking. lol

Yes, Presser, chocolate is bad for dogs, according to my vet.

i'm 18 weeks, 2 days out from my show and I can't seem to stay away from diet soda (several a day for a few days before my craving is cured), pickles (yesterday I ate a whole jar with my protein shake, and cucumbers.....i'll slice up one or two and salt them and eat them as if they were a bag of chips lol
