...now i know it depends on the gear being used but just how much faster does the average user recover...is it really that much more significant to where some one can train a part twice during the week and be totally recovered from the previous wo...if you grow while you rest than whats the point...
 
When using slin/AAS I recover very fast.  The point is, if your recovering faster than your body is done building any new muscle faster and its time to get in the gym and start the process again.  Basically it improves the efficiency of your training...
 
...i hear you machine but does it actually cut your recovery time in half...thus allowing you to hit the same muscle twice in a weeks time...
 
Yeah I usually only work a muscle once a week when I'm off and twice a week when I'm on.  It greatly increases recovery when you use slin with aas.  Without the slin I'll only hit my lagging bodypart twice a week (chest)
 
It takes a muscle approx 18 days to completely recover from heavy weight training, but a week is enough recovery for growth. So, you do not want to work your muscles any more than you would without AAS. AAS just gets your muscles closer to complete recovery, before you hammer them again. Later
 
Insulin helps recovery, especially if used with creatine and glutamin, but the same idea still applies. You don't want to train any more than you would without it. Later
