If you put the same amount of dedication into your workout and diet as in this post then I know 10 lbs in no problem especially since your regaining said muscle. Muscle memory is a beautiful thing isnt it? So what kind of training are you planning on doing starting back at the basics to build a solid foundation or something different since you know the muscle is going to respond since you have already done it once before? Oh yeah man I agree with the bench /chair dips much rather do dips on a raised bar. Easier to extend the muscles hit by the exercise how far down do you go btw past parallel or just to parallel?

Glad to see ur getting focused and hitting it hard Chris....as irish said muscle memory is WONDERFUL and with some solid heavy training to shock them and a solid diet 10+ lbs should be pretty attainable brutha....gud luck ;)

hey bro....the greatest journey starts with the first step....NOBODY iz goin to bash u for ur workout routine as its rough all around bro.....You've already made the first step by realizing you need to do something about it and actually making a plan bro. He who fails to plan plans to fail.....Just take it one day at a time brutha, it will be a tedious process and mor emental than anything knowing where you 'used to be' but u just keep on pushin bro. Take it from me, the last 4 years my weight has been yo-yoing up n down and i have been frustrated, quit workin out, took time off for injuries, cudnt afford a gym membership, watched all my hard earned muscle fade away, bulk back up, gain too much fat, cut too quickly and lose a shit ton of muscle, have people ask if im sick where i've lost so much weight, it SUCKS bro....jus keep hackin it. ;) Its not the good times that make us who we are its how we bounce back thru the bad onez buddy....

As for your workout, for bodyweight those are some pretty basic nice things to start with. When u get into it u could start to do things one handed etc, one legged wall squats, one arms push ups, slow negatives on the pull ups, not the 'amount' of weight u move but the amount of time the muscle is under tension bro....good luck and keep ur head up ;)

Come on Chris I want an update bro. What have you thought of first your diet or have you started working on your workout? I know you can do it because you have admittedly said you were once "there" so whats the plan boss. Writing stuff down and out so you can view it always helps me.

Im going to say one thing and only one thing, chris I know you can do what it takes to be done, im not going to preach cause thats not what you need to hear ,do work son you know what you is need to do deep down so im going to leave it at this. Either do what you know what needs to be done, or don't waste your time its your choice be a fat slob or be a manimal.... your choice... period its up to you. make the choice.
