4 potatoes 2 protein shakes 2.5 cans of tuna = 1300 cals even more with milk, but damn I can barely drink the stuff but sometimes you gotta bitch slap your taste buds and take charge ^^
True there are better ways, but sometimes there just isnt time. Yeah its horrible but food is food, if I can squeeze in an extra 1300 from a shake im going to do it.
You think that's bad, I got a buddy who used to blend up 6 raw eggs 2 cans of tuna some veggies and 2 scoops of whey in a blender and drink the shit. FUCKING NASTY!!!!!uke:
