In the winter I drink warm water for the reaosn you listed saves calories. In the summer though I have to have cold water too damn hot where I live.

I drink my water room temperature, year round. It's easier for me to take in more water when it's not ice cold. Now this only goes for when I'm in the gym and busting my ass. If I'm out on the town, at a restaurant, at a club, or wherever, I like my water cold.

I do the same or take a bottle out of the fridge and let it sit for about 30 minutes then its perfect to down and enjoy.

If you drink 1 gallon a day at ice cold temps your body will burn approx. 140 cals warming it up. Eat an extra 2 table spoons of olive oil and enjoy your cold water, thats what i would do anyways not worth it to me.

Room temp or slightly cool. Ice cold anything hurts my teeth. I guess I have a tin enamel or something.
