Norms IGF PCT -day 3.

Started my pct on nov 21 2009,

My main goal is to clean out the receptors and maintain. I dropped 35lbs during my last cycle. So this pct is a little different. Im not going to have to worry about loosing size and strength- since i already have. I actually plan on gaining some strength back and keeping the waist where it is with diet and cardio.

Since i was using short esters during my last cycle, I should be already feeling the effects. Today is day 3.

Im still using about 50mgs of nolvadex to keep the estrogen down. I unfortunately waited to pick up some clomid, so it wont be arriving till next week.

Im waiting by the mailbox for some IGF. IGF is wonderful post cycle. Its always helps me maintain whatever gains i've made during my last cycle. I love the stuff, I wish i could run it year round. I plan on starting with just 40mcgs per day and see how i do from there.

My diet is still pretty strict. about 100mgs of carbs per day with a cheat day every week.

in order to perform at the gym. Im using pump250 prior to workouts, then size on after. Both are from gaspari nutrition.

yeah.. its always a mind fuck to go off...lol!! But thanks bro. We will see how i do mentally. Starts to get wicked hard after week 6 or so. My forearms really start to bother me (tendinitis)???- anyways, makes just about every lift painful.
 
oh.. and im not a big fan of clomid cause it turns me into a giant Virgina. I have to keep my head screwed on straight right now. The wife and i have been fighting a lot and turning into a blubbery idiot wont work right now. I plan on keeping an eye on that too. As soon as im eating bon bons and watching golden girls, im dropping the clomid.
 
awesome... cant tell really. workouts are still dynamite. Its going to be easy for the next couple weeks. I dont usually have any real problems till about 6 months out. I dont typically go off for that long. last summer i went off for 5 months.... started noticing problems with sex, and a little bit of depression.
 
this is part of the reason why i like short cycles now. That and blood pressure.
 
oh... scratch the awesome part. Was weaker on back today... Dun dun dunnnn.... But oh well, sprits are still up. I think some of the water has left me cause im at the lowest notch on my weight belt. So i look good, just aint lifting what i was. Getting sore too... still sore from saturday's chest workout. sonofabitch... You forget about being sore when your on.
 
the appetite is back. I've been eating non-stop. thank god im well stocked on "norms lean body meatloaf" and cottage cheese.
 
its day 5.

just wanted to say that the rest of the water retension has left me.... I look a hell of a lot leaner than in this pic. But I feel damn good. I noticed last night i wasnt dragging ass at 4am like usual.
 
oh and the tendons are really doing fine for right now.... keep the fingers crossed.
