What to buy.

neither helped me...just something else to loose and to loose focus on your lifting.

Sorry, just never could get those wrist wraps to work...took me too long to "strap in"...

Maybe there are better ones now? Anyone know?

That's what happened to me a couple weeks back. I lost mine and didn't get a new pair yet, so it kinda threw me off at first because I had gotten used to them.

Must add that to my list of things to buy this weekend...

www.prowriststraps.com is supposed to have good ones.

Call me crazy...but i'd prefer two lengths of chain...that you could lock onto the bar...then lock around your wrist...so basically when you lift the only way you'd drop the weight is if you tore your arms off. Now that would be cool :)

k...well do some tren...that will make your grip strong.

Though I couldn't dead lift more than 415 for 8 reps without my grip failing even with tren.

Yeah, I had the loop one so I guess I'm not much help as far as comparisons go... Would love to hear some more opinions. Maybe I'll change my mind...

I had Valeo. They were decent, wouldn't mind them again... but being the standout person that I am, I want hot pink ones (if I can find them) to match my lifting gloves, lol.

mine have held up so far... they're just leather... i think i bought them for $10 bucks.

At that body weight...375x2 is nothing to sneeze at...in fact I'd be proud as a peacock.

Never done any cycles of any sort , so since I have no knowledge about the compounds , for now I say ill hold off.

I wish my grip was that good , most ive ever deadlifted without straps was 375x2

At a bodyweight of around 155 Ironically I never deadlifted other than Max of 100lb dumbells once a month when I was actually at my peak. So my biggest deadlift bragging right is 375x2 I got to where I wanted to do everything no assistances like straps etc. I used some hooks and go that same 375 for 5 , but that was on the following set so I was already pre-exhausted.

Never used the hooks or deadlifted since for the most part since Ive been out of the gym.

maybe just stick with squats & shoulder shrugs? Unless you doin bent over rows?

Again, my grip was greatly effected by tren. Though I think everyone's grip is the limiting factor...which SUCKS.
