im hoping the mailbox has my igf today!!! I feel great, have a bit more energy each day. I gorged myself yesterday. I wish i had a little less pie....

I woke up this morning and instead of having my normal 6 eggs, i had pie instead... what a waist!

but i plan on working it off today. Im doing legs. I might do a little cardio first (like ten minutes) then do legs with high reps... really get the blood moving.
 
legs went well, but holly crap do i have less endurance. I cant take running then doing legs, by my four set of squats i had to stop putting weight on the bar. My hams felt super tight, I tore one a few years back so im careful to stretch them now.
 
I put my belt on to squat and im at the 5th notch. -thats my all time skinniest. In the spring id like to loose some more.
