elbow/tricep problems?

try working the tricep in the reverse manner

in oppose to working from belly to tail, switch it

so (for ex.) do your kick backs or rope pushdowns first... warming up the area around the pain

Today is the last workout that I do bench dips cause I move onto ring dips next workout of this type , but I have 2 more sets of 25 to do of these and it just doesnt feel right especially because its light weight. But im getting weird pains while doing the movement and it just doesnt feel like the pain is at a muscle.
