Steven Seagal...

I watched it too. I was amazed at how tall he was myself. The show itself wasn't too great but he is a great aikido practitioner for sure. I will tell you something funny about him though. My instructor met the guy who played the stunt double for Mr. Miyagi in the karate kid. Seagal challenged a room full of guys that no one could submit him. That little tiny guy submitted him in less than a minute. Just thought you might find it interesting. LOL

yeah.. he is no long a douche bag. Im still not saying i like him... but he has lost douche bag status.

love this guy. Been sportin the PONY for what like 40 years now? show was alittle bit too short though, it needs to be 1 hr long
