Insulin and IGF?

How many of you combine the two and have you found a sweet spot for the timing of each when using both?

I am pretty seasoned now in the effects of hypo. I don't use tons of slin, usually 2IU of humulin-R in the am and another 2 PWO. I lay low on the carbs and fat for about eight hours, eating mostly protein. Good stuff. And I was looking forward to adding IGF to see if it enhanced this and allowed me to eat a little differently. I am endo and put on fat easily....

The insulin has made my plain ol Androgens act like supercharged tbirds. IOW I had started to think I just couldn't get any more out of it, and then a few weeks into this protocol it's like I just started all over again!
 
not to many of us mess with insulin bro. Im still a little scared of it. -that and its more for mass, and im still trying to shed some body fat.
 
I've used insulin on and off for years. It never did too much for me. I did 10iu Post work out. When I started using MC IGF I tossed insulin out the window. I grow like a weed on this IGF. If I had an endomorphic bodytype I wouldn't even consider insulin usage.

You're absolutely right, in most cases this would be a stupid idea. However with the low dose and the absolute absence of carbs and very little fat following the next 8 hours while the insulin is active it is doing some great things to the physique (lowering BF and increasing mass). One has to be strict and one can only take about 1 IU or 2 MAX without running the risk of hypo. And really I should be staying protein only for the next 24 hours or so but I'm a bitch like that. So long as the insulin is done doing it's thing after 8 hours it's usually ok to start adding in other macros. The refeed happens a few hours before the next workout.
