got 60 muscle relaxers, new shit called amrix, its the first once a day muscle relaxer.

does this have a negative affect on muscle growth?

i believe it will def slow down your muscle recovery time

I dont know for a fact but i have to agree with Jon on this stay away if you dont seriously need them,

Stay away bro! I had bad anxiety awhile back, so I got some valium.. Got addicted and had to take them just to feel normal.. withdraws are something I never want to go through again as long as I live.

I'd say they have a negative effect and like everyone else is saying, watch out for them. You might like em too much.
