What sort of diet wile on IGF

Hey all,

Curious, Looked over a bunch of threads. No one really mentioned that diet they are trying. I realize IGF can be used both as a bulker and cutter, As it tends to cut the BF a bit and add some LBM..........But what if you run IGF alone, with no AAS.

Should you be aiming for a lower calorie intake then BMR or maintenance or quite a bit above? How do you all feel about this?

Good question, ive only had one small experience with IGF. If your going to use it by itself with a cutter i would say right at maintenance should be pretty good since you can even burn fat using it while bulking. So at maintenance i would think the fat loss would be even more dramatic. I would probably have to go over maintenance with more carbs since i go hypo easily on it.
 
I wouldnt change ur diet bro, maybe some extra carbs post igf but other then that i kept it the same when on igf alone
 
Like swole said. It really depends on cutting and bulking but if it were me I would bump my cals up a little if I was bulking because the igf is going to burn more calories or at least I need more on. Make sure you get carbs before application if you go hypo easily.

Following this advice has led to tremendous fat loss for me everytime I use it. Even when I eat like horrid shit (IHOP, Krispy Kreme) I loose a lot of fat
 
NAIR, What sort of dose and protocol you running,
I am not seeing any thing out of the ordinary yet........Clean clean diet and cardio. Ugh

In the past, I'd run about 80mcgs post-work out 3-4 days a week (lifting days only).

As soon as my new stuff arrives, I'm going to try a sub-q and IM 40mcg in the am; and 40mcg about 12 hours later (training days only).
 
i feel fine with >100 ius per day and on a carb diet. But, i dont really work (just get paid for being sexy)... so, its go by your own body and requirements.

i also keep my diet the same... igf is strong stuff and really gets the job done without dramtiaclly changing things up.

i ALWAYS get a quick decrease in bf and a boost in energy even at low doses
 
You might not see results right away. If this is your first time I would keep the dosage no higher than 50 a day. Everyone is different and how there body will react to it. The first time I didnt see any real results until 6 months later. Just keep on doing your cardio and eating healthy. Don't forget to eat more carbs. I usually do 20 30 50 ratio while i'm on IFG. Once your done with the IGF I switch back to a higher protein less fat ratio. YOu will see your body change. Remember this is not a AAS your not going to see huge muscles. Your going to see lean muscle. What cardio are you doing? The best to get cut is to go to the gym or do your cardio in the mourning for 45 min at a low heart rate depending on your size and weight. You will burn a lot more fat. I do it twice a day 45min jog I burn a lot of fat.
