Thought I wouldnt like it at first, then kept hearing good things about it, so went and seen it tonight. All I have to say is this movie is before its time. You have to watch it in 3D. Dont wait for the dvd, trust me you will be missing out!

i've heard nothing but good things about it, but there is just something about the movie that makes me not want to see it. I know it's supposed to "revolutionize" cgi use in movies but the look of it turns me off it.

Really??? It looks like the dumbest POS ever made. Maybe I'll give it a try if I come accross some more free tickets

I thought the same thing. Another Sci-Fi cartoon bullshit movie. But when I tell you this movie is ahead of its time, I mean it. Effects are just crazy. IT is long though, like 3 hours.

You get really lost in the background animation. The 3d was great too. I don't know if you did but after a while my eyes finally adjusted and I didn't even notice the 3d. It was almost like you were lost in the scenery. I have heard several people say it was alot like Dances with Wolves but since Ive never seen it I dont know. My wife and I saw it for our anniversary and loved it. The only complaint I would say was the pro-green slant but what can you watch these days that doesn't tell you we are destroying the earth. Overall one of the best movies Ive seen in a long time.

I keep hearing good things about this movie, especially the 3D version. I am definitely not the type to pay $10 a ticket for a movie but I think my wife and I are going to see this tomorrow. I haven't heard anybody say anything negative about it yet! I hope it lives up to the hype.

Isn't it supposed to be the most expensive movie ever made, and took like 4 years to make?

Yep I think so. It has already topped a billion at the box office. I saw that on msn's homepage today. I saw it as a matinee and it was 9 a person. Its like 3 bucks more for the 3d. So it would have been 6 but trust me spend the extra. My little boy saw it with my brother in law in regular dimension or 2d and I want him to see it again so he can appreciate it more.

I for some odd reason have no desire to see this movie. I read what the plot was and I cannot get past the liberal agenda of the movie. I refuse to pay and support something that insults my intelligence.

I will watch it, I'll just wait for it on HBO...

Saw the movie cause my son wanted to see it, didn't really care to see it thought it was going to be some Roger Rabbit type movie but was really impressed. The story line is very predictable but the special affects just have you saying wow. Thought it was pretty cool movie for a cartoon or whatever you want to call it.

My wife doesn't like sci-fi anything normally and often won't go to a sci-fi movie. We went to this one, and she loves it. She even wants to see it again! The story line does remind you of Dances with Wolves, but it was a pretty good movie, AND the effects were awesome.

didnt care to see it, but when my buddy and his fiancee insisted on taking me i obliged them.

the storyline isn't bad, but it isn't great. what you go to see this movie for is clearly the effects. this movie was apparently ~10 years in the making with a budget of $200 million....

Took the kids. What you have to watch out for is when a movie is hyped up so much you cant help but be let down. I enjoyed it. It was
pretty cool and a fun movie.
