Yesterday I went to the Gym, my second day back in 8 weeks.. after my knee surgery. I am getting back into the swing of things.. and I am having a kick ass chest work out.. going nice a slow, making sure I made every rep count. Not going to heavy on the weight.. everything I was supposed to when doing a workout after coming back from an injury and not being at the gym for awhile...


Anyways, I am doing DB Flye's on a flat bench and in the down position during the stretch a girl walks by and trips and FALLS directly on my arm with the DB in it at it's maximum stretched position...

Blew my rotator cuff or torn my bicep tendon.. I am in the most excruciating pain I have ever been in.. EVER. I am DEVASTATED.. completely and 100% devastated.. for the first time in close to 8 months I cried.. cried like a fvcking baby.. I mean where THE FVCK IS MY LUCK !?!

I can not believe this is happening to me ... It's the worst NIGHTMARE I could ever imagine..

GUYS WHAT DO I DO.. WHAT !?!? Someone please tell me what to do...


Do I rest and see what happens!? Do I go to the ER!? Do I sue this bitch !?

God I can't even think straight.. I am in a daze...




FAST FORWARD TO THIS MORNING.......................

Ok.. next morning.. hurts.. but feels better .. I can move my arm.. still gonna go see my ortho doc.. he handled my last shoulder injury and knee injury.. and if it is messed beyond belief.. he will be the one doing surgery so I trust him.. ugh.. but hey at least it doesn't hurt as much as yesterday.. HOLY HELL WAS THAT PAIN...

To tell ya the truth I don't know how I didn't force myself to an ER.. Probably because I frggin hate them...
 
Could be a bad strain. Is the bicep deformed? Pec black and blue? Get to an ortho asap. I hear ya on the luck thing. When it rains it pours. I would probably consider a lawsuit on the bitch.... to cover the cost of your "rehab". Sucks man. I've torn a pec and a bicep. There was nothing they could do for the pec after they cut me open, but the bicep is better than new.

sorry to hear man thats just terrible luck hope you get it taken care of i know how bad you were wanting to go all out this cycle and meet your goals.

Yeah if theres no bruising you may have lucked out im the opposite of the dude they couldnt do anything much for my bicep so i still only have 1 on my right arm.
I would definitely get that bitches name Surgery even on insurance will cost you close to or more then a grand let that bitch pay for it and put it in her ass as well for payback.
 
That is horrible bro. I would go get checked out as soon as I could get looked at. If it comes to the point that you have to sue they look at how long and how many times you went to the doc. If they see you waited three days they are going to say you weren't hurting that bad which we know is bull. I am just saying go to the doc. Did you file an accident report at the gym? Do they have cameras? You need to get as much information as you can and make sure that this is documented in case it is serious.
 
Update:

Doc says From what he can TELL upon examination.. NO TEAR.. He ordered an MRI Scan anyways, and sent me in for a CT SCAN + XRAY to check for some other things... (total bill for these 2 will escalate to 1.5thou + MRI cost 2thou + doctor visit and exam + 500= 4thousand dollars because the chick decided it necessary to go near me to walk by... the whole rest of the gym was empty...

Im not suing anyone guys.. LOL.. I have plenty of money.. this is covered under my insurance. The girl has called 5 times today to apologize, YES she is extremely HOT.. she wants to take me out to dinner for all the trouble she put me through.. she is genuinely sorry... she said the reason she was walking near me was to getter better view on the exercise I was doing because it intrigued her...

I informed her I was married and she said that was not a problem she was single and the least she could do was take me out to my favorite place to eat for dinner and drinks.. I told her I don't drink... she said that was fine.. she does... I agreed to the dinner.. HEY FREE STEAK , why not !?!

As far as sexual favors in return.. hmm i dunno.. she might be like that but I think she just wants to apologize for what she did... she informed me that she should have waited until I was done the exercise then asked me about it... She ended up crying on the phone she felt so bad.. HAHAHA.. GOOD!! She should feel bad.. had she not been ridiculously hott.. ya I would probably have a different attitude..

She said she will be calling me back at 9o'clock to set up the dinner arrangements for Friday night.. ok wait that's tomorrow.. hahah.. NICE !! But as of right now.. I am in a sling.. UGH..

On my way to the Gym to do some LEGS !! It's my Arm that hurts.. not my legs.. I will update everyone once she calls.. !! :D

We exchanged phone numbers after the incident.. she had called and asked if it was alright if she could stop over to apologize to my wife and I.. I said yes.. that's how she got directions to my house... lol.. I gave them to her...

Refer to post # 6 you will see where I had been conversating with her via the telephone.. + text messages..
