newbie here, just found this board awhile ago seems like a bunch of good advise and people in here so i think ill make this my new home. was wanting some opinions on the max o-t any of you guys use it at all . im a newbie to this board but not to the gym been at it for many yrs now and im getting old now (35 yrs ) and i seem to hit many plateaus and was wondering if this would be a good solution ,in theory it makes sense but ill leave it up to all the good people in here to answer that .

sure is alot tiny but think it all makes sense im on week 3 of it thanks for the follow up bro.
 
yeah it looks like a pretty decent course .. just have to go through all the bullshit ad's...
i know alot of norwegians who've done it so .. i think i remember..lol.. that they were pleased with it .. so .. go for it bro ... consistency is the key to success .. i'm sure you'll be happy with it ..

Max-OT is a good training program. Alot of lifters have been using a version of it for years now ... MAX-OT style is my "standard" form of training when I am not going for something specific (like right now, I am giving arms priority)
