Having problems with side effects from IGF

Hi guys,

I've ran IGF LR3 once like two years ago, I remember I got more hungry and noticed some increased pump. I also went hypo a couple of times, but I was cutting that time also. Used 10mcg 3x daily 3 days a week.

I bought some two weeks ago, and though I try the palumbo way with 10mcg daily for 30 days. Past year I've been using bsn no-xplode and it makes me allways get a great pump when working out so I can't claim the IGF is doing anything with that now. The only effect I can notice from the IGF LR3 now is tiredness, I have been considerably more tired all day after I started 10mcg ED in the morning. Yesterday I couldn't even drag myself down to the gym, I just slept on and off from 6pm and the whole night, and today I feel just as tired. I have tried a couple of shots with 40-50mcg pwo also, couldnt notice anything special then either.

The tiredness has to come from the IGF so I guess that at least is a sign that it's working, but the tiredness and lazyness has come to a point that I'm wondering if I should stop or change my protocol. I've been taking the 10mcg before bedtime or at least like 8pm but still just as tired next day. Anyone know how to get around this, or a protocol that keep this side effect down?

Thats interesting, I've never felt the tiredness after taking it and I take 60 mcgs after each workout in the morning.

You need to check your blood sugar. I know that is a nominal amount but you may be hypoglycemic or something and not know it. The tiredness is a sign of hypoglycemia. You may not be crashing and going bad hypo but that is one of the main indicators of low blood sugar. Glucose monitors are cheap and it wouldnt hurt just to see how you are responding to carbs and what your bsugar is after your workout. I use to never go hypo but as I get older I noticed Im way more sensitive.

yes I've had some problems with going hypo before, especially when dieting, I know the signs on my body very well when it's about to come. This feeling don't feel like hypo, but I guess a slight lowering of blood sugar might produce these symptoms. Just sounds strange that a single application of 10mcg igf lr3 could make you blood sugar stay lower for 24 hours.

Its just a suggestion bro. It may very well not be that at all but it could. If it is, then it would be an easy solution. More Carbs.

Typically, you don't want to be hardcore dieting while using IGF-1. You want to have nutrients available for your muscles to grow since it shuttles more nutrients into your muscles. If you don't have enough nutrients, that would be why you go hypo as they get used up faster.

I used to get sleepy right after my apps until I started taking in about 60/75 grams of carbs. Hope you are doing better and have some energy.
