Another insomnia thread

I have finally gotten completely off effexor but since I have I can not sleep at all. The earliest I have gone to bed in the last several days is 4am. I have tried nyquil, one xanax, vestaril, benadryl, and I am just about to the point to go see a doc. Melatonin did nothing. Im clueless. It will probably be a week or so before I can see the doc so any advice is appreciated. I also cut caffeine out except for morning workouts.

I've been using regular Ambien myself. Need to go to the doc for another script. I tried sleeping without it a day ago, and I didn't sleep until about 2 a.m. and then woke up every hour after that. Looks like I need the stuff.

Smoke a joint about the size of your tumb. I gauruntee you will sleep. LOL!!!! In all honesty though, I have probs. sleeping and a couple of hitters before I go to bed works better than pill I have ever taken. Not to mention not feeling grogy when I wake up.
