protein:dextrose ratio

1:2 , protein to dextrose from what ive researched seems to be the most effective.
1:1 , creatine to dextrose from what ive researched seems to be the most effective.

It mentioned that a 50/50 blend of maltodextrin and dextrose is best , for post workout. I can understand that but im just wondering whats your opinions on this.... Less of an insulin spike but a longer one.

50/50 dextrose:malto , or just do 100% dextrose post workout.

Also I know alot of people say preloading is not needed I plan on just taking 5g 2x a day. But on days that I dont workout should I take the creatine? I always used to but opinions please?

I use 100% dextose PWO. I'm not worried about a long spike because I am usually hungry 30 minutes after I workout, and usually hungry again 30 minutes after that. Last night for example I had my PWO shake immediately after working out, drove home (30 min drive) and ate 8oz chicken and 1 cup collards. Then 30 minutes later ate 8oz ground beef and 1/2 cup rice.....and yes you need to take creatine everyday, training or not.
