just an easy throw together egg breakfast...

Not much to it but i had it last night and it was pretty good. I eat my eggs at night and just eating plain eggs is getting pretty old.
What i did was add all this together and just cook it like scrambled eggs
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
2.5 ounces of lean ground beef cooked
2 pieces of fat free american cheese
just whisk the eggs and throw everything else in it cook it like scrambled eggs.
The only downside is the fat free cheese is like 250mg's of sodium per serving so this is a bit high in sodium at about 600mg's or maybe a touch more. Easy way to get your eggs in however many you eat it will work with any amount. The beef inside it kinda tastes like sausage when its all mixed together. Not much to it just thought i would share.
 
might have to try that bro, I can only eat eggs so much before I get tired of the rubbery taste that comes along with it

Yeah its pretty good you could also throw in some potatos, onions peppers etc if your not dieting. The hamburger pretty much tastes like sausage with the cheese in there i really enjoyed it.
 
imho its very important to go high in sodium until you do a depletion prior to the show, so this meal is perfect.

I dont ever go high in sodium but i dont limit my sodium to a precontest style diet by any means. I just try to keep most my meals under 500mg's or there abouts.
 
Just had it again threw in quite a bit of black pepper and a couple dash's of Old Bay this stuff was good. Im digging this meal alot now.
 
That sounds good! I like to throw in part-skim cheese and chicken and veggies into my eggs to make them taste better... what can ya do to make plain old egg whites taste better though? lol... I'm kidding, but I wish I was serious. :( Diet starts again in 3 days and I don't know how I'm gonna go back to plain egg whites. I need at least 1 yolk...
 
I still leave plenty of fats in my diet so i get some yolks lol. Its the carbs that i miss haha. I hate just plain eggwhites could try something like this but i dont think even that would make them taste good.
