CHICKEN! any help? I'm so sick of it!

I eat chicken about 3 times a day, beef once, and I'm so freaking tired of the chicken. I use low cal marinades for the chicken but it's just not cutting it. Does anyone have low cal chicken recipes?
 
ive found adding lemon juice and alittle "i cnt believe its not butter" to chicken in a skillet gives it a unbreaded chicken franchise taste
 
I was at the point you are and i just started cooking about 10 breasts at a time, then when they get done i put them in the food processor and chop the heck out of them, then it depends on what meal or if im watching my carbs. If not ill add italian breadcrumbs an some no salt added tomato sauce almost tastes like a weak chicken parm. If im watching carbs etc, then ill just throw a litle ketchup in there. 4 grams isnt enough to hurt me and i love ketchup. Being already chopped up fine its really easy to get down vs trying to chew and chew and chew on something your body doesnt really wanna swallow.
 
Those are really good ideas. Maybe even salsa would work. I do that, I chew and force the swallowing. And I'm eating a ton of it each day. I mean, it's doing wonders for my gains, I used to be a vegan builder and just never could grow, then I allowed myself fish but that still didn't cut it. So now it's chicken and lean beef. The beef I'm not sick of yet I can do lots of yummy things with that.
 
I wonder how lou ferigno bulked so much being a vegan.
It's possible. I was a vegetarian when I first started body building. Lots of egg whites, whey, casein, soy, cottage cheese, etc. But vegan, it's strictly soy. When I was a vegetarian I was able to put on 20 lbs of mass with a low dose of aas, then I allowed myself fish and saw a difference, so I just kept going. Now there are huge differences in my growth process. When I'm done with any physique stuff, modeling, competing, I'll go back to being vegan. I still support PETA and the Humane Society and I'm an animal activist. I plan on becoming a vet tech.
 
i was just going to say, check out some gravy. I am amazed how little carbs some of them have. and wham! instant flavor!
 
I chop it up and add some butter spray and splenda on top, or sometimes mix mustard with splenda, pretty bangin, but I like sweeter things so splenda is my bitch.
 
whenever i'm dieting and get sick of eating chicken it's real simple....i switched to tuna for all my solid protein sources for 2-3 days.....by then i can't wait to eat chicken again
