I have had it for a couple months now, and its great! you can get any movie in their library database to stream directly to ur t.v and they also send you out new movie you pic to ur home every other day. Just curious who else has this and if they liked it

i had it, i like blockbuster better b/c i can exchange them in the store.. plus the new movies are always out of stock on netflix...

Yeah I don't know, that and cable is just too much. The cable companies out here really kill you, making it hard to afford anything else

used to have it just by mail. My problem is I never get around to watching the movie so for me blockbuster was cheaper in the long
run. I am getting a new TV for our bedroom and plan on getting a blueray DVD w/wi-fi (think thats what its called) so I can do that
netflix thing thru my computer. (home computer is set up for it) I wont have any excuse not to watch now. The netflix now is $10
a month but I think they add a little more for the wireless download. What's it run you???

I get my movies for free.

I had a stinking box for the cable for about 12 years. Then went satalite
cus I had a guy who fixed their cards. That all fell thru years ago.
Any hints guns????

it only costs us $10 per month for the dvds by mail and also for unlimited streaming movies to my tv or to my pc, so its cheap and great! I also have comcast which is an arm and a leg too expensive but we keep it anyway as we like the HD , we also have Satelite "dishnetwork" we have the sataelite box and we just upload codes to it for free viewing, they scramble it every so often but u just go online and get the newest free code and upload it to little usb hard drive and then plug that into our sat box and were up and running all free pay per views channels which is great

However Verizon Vios finaly is putting in their underground cabels in my area, so soon as thats available i want to try Verizon Vios , i like how you can view vios in diffierent room in the house, not sure how it works yet but soon as we get it ill know, lol

anyways have to say So far i love netflix especialy for 10$ a month, we also have a membership at Hollywood Video its like Blockbuster, and for $44 per month you get to take out 3 movies at a time and bring them back whenever you want no late fees, and you can even get 3 new dvds every day as long as u bring last 3 back, i would imagine if you could watch all 3 in one day you could go back same day and get 3 more, lol, so for $44 a month i think thats a steal,

And yes incase u hadnt noticed wife and I LOVE watching movies, lol, its all we do, we dont go out anymore, no partying , just gym and home to cuddle on couch and watch movies, and dont get me started on our collection of movies, lol, wife is insane and buys them all the time and it looks like shit in our living room with 4 shelfs of movies, i like a clean clutter free home, where as the wife loves nick nacks and all that kind of shit and on top of that she has her movie collection right smack dab in the middle of the living room, lol, looks awful to me, but i tell her i like it for peace keeping sake, lol, ahhh to be married, lol

CableVision ass rapes you too! I hate them, but unless I move, I can't deal with switching right now... I don't have a house phone (just 2 cable boxes and internet) and pay $130/month - no HBO, no special movie channels, no DVR - NOTHING! They told me if I get the house phone, it would lower my bill. WTF? I don't want a damn house phone just to have their stupid "triple play" option. That's why I paid another $120/month for my cell phone service! GRRRR.

But no, I don't get around to watching alot of movies, so netflix doesn't make sense for me...

Presser where do you get those codes at? Id be curious to see what they have for directv.

just google "free to air tv" and u will get loads of sites, some pay some free, my wifes God Father installed ours and he just send us the new codes via email, he send them out in mass emails to everyone he installed with the hot boxes, so im not sure whick site he uses exactly to get the codes, but i know if u google the free to air tv you will get the sites there

Yeah I haven't paid for a movie in years. I live at piratebay.

+1. If I can't find it there, it's on Demonoid. I have Netflix also but use that mostly for older movies. The new ones usually have a wait on them so it takes forever. I use torrents for new movies, plus they are usually online before they get released.

if you own a xbox you can do the same thing, stream it right through it.

sony is gonna do it too for the ps3 sooner for later

I'm pretty sure the PS3 can already stream Netflix. My sister-in-law has one that she uses for that. I heard that the Wii might be capable of doing this soon, maybe that's what you're thinking of?

I have NetFlix, but I don't stream any movies, I just get them through the mail. I love the service.
